They are trained to observe and evaluate children, and they are likely to offer insights and observations that a parent or relative would not have the opportunity to experience.” Dorfman recommends viewing your relationship with teachers as a team that’s jointly looking out for your child’s best interest by sharing respective perspectives and concerns.
